Cochinita or Chicken Pibil

A dish from the Yucatan Peninsula. Mexican style pulled pork/chicken, marinated in an achiote paste, orange juice and lime that melts in your mouth, top it off with pickled onion with habanero peppers and you’ll have the perfect taco.
